About the Role:

The Senior DevOps Engineer - Microsoft/Azure will work on large-scale infrastructure and DevOps requirements for clients, managing product DevOps life cycles and implementing robust CI/CD pipelines. This is a highly technical and customer-facing role requiring both hands-on technical skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities:

• Understand product architecture and usage by customers.
• Design and implement automation solutions using tools like C#, TFS, Azure DevOps, and PowerShell scripting.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for products.
• Identify automation gaps and develop workarounds or solutions.
• Establish and maintain secure deployment environments.
• Use incident management tools for issue analysis and troubleshooting.
• Document knowledge from incidents and resolutions to build a knowledge base.

Key Technical Skills:

Azure cloud, Powershell, C# .NET, Windows, Azure Devops

Requirements:

• 4-7 years of experience in DevOps, primarily on Azure and .NET software products.
• Strong experience with CI/CD toolchains: TFS, VSTS, Azure DevOps, and related services.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Azure infrastructure management.
• Experience with both Windows and Linux environments.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Solid understanding of cloud computing components like storage, compute, and networking.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to innovate and develop solutions for complex problems.
• (Preferred) Experience with containerization (Docker) and Kubernetes, including building images, deploying applications, and creating Helm charts.
